Things to watch for
Wolvie might get his own movie, but it's Wong Kar-Wai's 2046 trailer that has me squealing and jumping up and down. Maggie Cheung as film noir femme fatale--of course! Why didn't I think of that? And Chang Chen's brief flicker of an appearance in it took my breath away.
Cindy--let's go see Sky Captain this Friday in SF!
Edit: Just realized why he took my breath away. He looked uncannily like Leslie Cheung. *sigh* But yay for not looking squiffy like in CTHD! (Or, for that matter, in DJ Shadow's "Six Days" vid)

On IMDB some of the user comments report that there's too much Zhang Ziyi and too little Maggie Cheung. Or maybe the theatrical cut will be different from the Cannes cut...
And this is another movie we can add to the "Zhang Ziyi sex scene" list. Heh.
I try not to read IMDb comments because they're generally asinine and from people who have nothing better to do. But the movie isn't featuring Maggie Cheung anyway; she's billed as a guest star, which to me suggests that she's there as a nod to In the Mood for Love and her numerous other collaborations with Tony Leung, and that it's mostly a cameo appearance.
Speaking of that sex list, have you seen The Road Home?
